Kathy Barnes, Treasurer
Kathy Barnes joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2021. Barnes currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Skylight Financial Group, managing the firm’s forecasting and budgeting as well as all financial reporting. Previously she served as treasurer with Skylight Foundation board and with an agency of Mass Mutual.
Helena Brooks, Secretary & Board Chair Emeritus
Helena Brooks joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2014. Brooks is retired after a successful 40+ year career in operational and executive positions.
Chuck Bushnell
Chuck Bushnell joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2022. Bushnell currently serves as Talent Development Program Manager at CareSource with over 25 years of experience with human resources and talent development in the pet food industry, healthcare, and academia, among others.
Linda Davis
Linda Davis joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2021. Davis is retired after a career in federal service working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Beth Cesta, Vice Chair
Beth Cesta joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2019. Cesta is retired after a career in the healthcare field, as well as decades of advocacy work with for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Brian Culpepper
Brian Culpepper joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2024. Culpepper currently serves as President and CEO at James Investment, covering a wide scope of responsibilities including implementing company policy and managing client portfolios.
Josh McClanahan
Josh McLanahan joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2023. McClanahan is the Construction Project Manager for Danis Construction where he establishes project schedules and budgets, while working with architects and staff to complete projects.
Kim McNeer
Kim McNeer joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2022. McNeer currently serves as VP of Human Resources at the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired.
Kelly O’Reilly
Kelly O’Reilly joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2023. O’Reilly currently serves as the President and CEO of the Ohio Association of Health Plans and has also worked in both state and federal courts as a legal associate.
Cindy Burger, MS, RN
Cindy Burger joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2024. Burger currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at Dayton Children’s Hospital. In her current role, she oversees various critical areas including the facilities master plan, patient relations, volunteer services, and more. She also managed the Child Life Department and helped start the Facility Dog Program, Canine Co-Pilots, in 2021.
Justin Combs
Justin Combs joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2025. Combs currently serves as the Marketing Director at Field Aerospace, serving as a marketing professional in manufacturing and aerospace.
Gretchen Taylor
Gretchen Taylor joined the 4 Paws for Ability Board of Directors in 2025. Taylor currently works as an English Language Arts teacher at Dublin City Schools, while also serving as a Board member with the Dublin Education Foundation Board, and as a volunteer coach/buddy leader for the Miracle League of Central Ohio.
