“When 4 Paws for Ability was founded, it was because there was a gap and individuals weren’t having their needs met, and that was primarily children. Because children weren’t old enough, or their disabilities made it challenging for them to handle a dog, they weren’t able to access the benefits of a service dog the way an adult could.”
