4 Paws for Ability is operated with staff on-site 24/7 to provide constant supervision and care to our service dogs in training, newborn puppy litters, and breeder dogs. With hundreds of dogs in our program to meet the needs of our unique families and clients, our staff is diversely and skillfully trained in their role to serve our mission of placing service dogs with children and veterans with disabilities in their own unique way.
4 Paws for Ability Leadership Team
Jennifer Lutes, Executive Director
Jennifer Lutes joined 4 Paws for Ability in 2000 as a volunteer, later joining the training staff in 2003. Currently, Lutes serves as Executive Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she oversees the administration and strategic vision of 4 Paws for Ability, to advance the mission.
Erin Wolfe, Associate Director
Erin Bittner joined 4 Paws for Ability while in college as a volunteer trainer. Currently, Bittner serves as Associate Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she oversees 4 Paws operations, including the organization’s financials and the various programs that 4 Paws dogs go through in their service dog process.
KaLynn Clark, Development Director
KaLynn Clark joined 4 Paws for Ability in 2017 as Director of Volunteer Engagement. Currently, Clark serves as Development Director, where she oversees the fundraising efforts of 4 Paws for Ability to ensure long-lasting financial stability and excellent donor relations.
Dr. Ruth Keller, DVM, Veterinary Medical Director
Dr. Ruth Keller joined 4 Paws for Ability in 2015 as a part of the veterinary staff. Currently, Dr. Keller serves as Veterinary Medical Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she oversees the healthcare needs of our dogs to ensure a safe and healthy life starting from birth.
Jessa Kenworthy, Training Director
Jessa Kenworthy joined 4 Paws for Ability in 2008 as a member of the kennel staff. Currently, Kenworthy serves as Training Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she oversees the advanced training and client programs to ensure our service dogs in training have the behavior and ability to perform life-changing tasks.
Lynn Williams, Service Dog in Training Director
Lynn Williams joined 4 Paws for Ability while in college as the founder of the 4 Paws student organization at Ohio State University. Currently, Williams serves as Service Dog in Training Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she oversees the journey of 4 Paws service dogs in training to ensure the best possible path and placement for the dog.
Kayla Keys, Facility Director
Kayla Keys joined 4 Paws for Ability as a member of the kennel staff. Currently, Keys serves as Facility Director with 4 Paws for Ability, where she works with our kennel teams to ensure optimum cleanliness and the highest animal care while creating facility improvements to improve efficiency and workflow.
